If you want to install your sign letters on an arc, or a curve, we can custom build a template for you, to make this easier. Just purchase the installation template, and let us know your curve specifications. We need to know the width, and the arc, or the height of the arc from the baseline.
There are limitations to this process, so please contact us ahead of time to see if we can build it to your specifications.

we often get asked how to paint our wood letters. For the best finish, we recommend the following.
Prime your letters with a white primer if you have some, or use your final top-coat color. Allow this to dry to the manufacturers specifications. After completely dry, sand with a 150 grit sand paper, or finer, to smooth the paint.
Paint the letters with your chosen color, and if you desire a finer finish, you can repeat the sanding process one more time, before applying a final coat.
This will give you a very sharp looking letter.
If you have any questions please send us an email.
